How to Invite HelloLedger to Your Xero File

Inviting HelloLedger to access your Xero file is a quick and simple way to give us the access we need to support your bookkeeping, tax, and advisory needs. By assigning us the Advisor Role with Payroll Admin and Manage User rights, we can ensure your Xero accounts are accurate, your reporting is timely, and your tax obligations are fully met.


Here’s how to do it:


Step-by-Step Instructions


  • Log in to Xero Head to xero.com.au and sign in with your credentials.


  • Go to Settings > Users From the main dashboard, click on your organisation name (top left), then choose Settings and select Users.


  • Click 'Invite a User' Click the Invite a user button in the top right corner.


  • Enter HelloLedger's Details Use our designated email address: [leonie@helloledger.com.au]. Tick the Payroll Admin, Business and Accounting and choose the Advisor role, then tick Manage Users.

  • Select Access Permissions We recommend giving us full access to:

    • Bank account admin

    • Submit BAS


  • If you also use Projects and Expenses in Xero, please give us Admin permissions, so we can help in all aspects.

  • Send the Invitation Click Send Invite and you’re done! We’ll receive an email notification and accept the invitation from our end.
